Some of Kathy’s many specialties include yogurt with homemade granola and local honey, fried eggs over asparagus and bacon, banana pecan waffles with maple syrup, and omelets with seasonal vegetables and home fries.

Of course coffee, tea, and juice are always available. And there is always a special coffee cake or even after-breakfast dessert.
