Our Policies
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival less a $25 processing fee. For cancellations made within the 14 day period prior to your scheduled visit, we will do our best to re-book the room. If we cannot, then you will be responsible for the entire reservation. No shows and early departures will be charged for the full reservation.
- We are open all year-round.
- All rates are subject to state and local tax.
- Prices subject change without notice except for reservations secured by deposit.
- Room Rates Range from $110 per night + tax, based on double occupancy.
- An additional charge of $25 per night for a third person.
- Check-in between 2:30-7:00 p.m. (other times by prior arrangements)
- Check-out is 12:00 noon.
- One (1) night's deposit is required with reservation.
- Major credit cards accepted.
- The house is shared with Iris – a young, fun, short-haired cat (with no claws, who doesn’t play in any of the guest rooms).
- We regret that we cannot accommodate your pet. However, we would be glad to assist you in locating a local boarding facility for your pet during your stay.
- Children of any age are welcome at our establishment, while we can not guarantee completely – we can do our best to help you arrange for child care should you desire.
- For the comfort and consideration of everyone, smoking is permitted only outdoors in designated areas.
